What is the Valloop Exchange?

The Valloop Exchange aims to be the first fully digital company to enable small and medium sized (SME) business owners and employees transition their business / the business they work for to employee owned. 

The Valloop Exchange helps place ownership in the hands of employees, eliminating or reducing the need for third parties. It also provides a pre-transition experience, enhanced by intelligent features and a user-friendly platform to guide users through the employee ownership process. This is followed by post-transition service aimed to help enhance operations, management, and performance.

How does it work being online?

Easy. The Valloop Exchange is a blend of technology and support from a coach. In the early stages, you will be able to let us know how you prefer to work through the system and at what pace.

How long does the process roughly take? 

If you are advanced in your thinking and preparation it could be a matter of weeks but we take each SME at their own desired pace.

How much does it cost for the employee? 

This will vary. The leadership team will need to propose a level of investment that they think is fair and reasonable - don’t worry we’ll work through this with you and support wherever we can.  The wider group of employees will pay a nominal fee.
